I waited about a year for Netflix to show new episodes of QI and then when I finally noticed a new series up I watched half of the series in one day. Then after work the next day I watched all but the last two. And finished it off last night.

Now I'm depressed I will have to wait forever again for new episodes. Who else suffers from greedy viewing habits and cant control themselves and just watch an episode at a time?

I did it with The Crown as well. It kind of ruins it too as I do get depressed that I watched it all and had no self control. I forget what it was like to watch TV week by week. We've all become so impatient.

I do it all the time. In fact, if I don't feel compelled to binge watch something I deem it as probably not worth watching. At the moment I'm binge watching Fraiser (a friend recently gave me loads of series). At 20 mins an episode its really easy to fly through them and I'm about to complete 3 seasons in not much time at all. I also binge watch Judge Judy. Again, 20 mins an episode, so minimum commitment and attention span required. Plus I never run out of episodes, there seems to be thousands.

I've done it with countless other shows, GOT until I got caught up, OITNB until I got bored in season 3, and most recently Bloodline and Stranger Things. I do kind of miss the excitement of looking forward to your favourite show on a certain night, but I'm more impatient than nostalgic.
