Wow, and here I thought I was being too ticky in wishing The Colbys had used a different font for their opening/closing credits.

Come on, people. The Colbys was just a Zirconium knockoff of Dynasty. It was never its own show and should have retained the “II” title....it may have kept the viewer’s attention....

Most of DYNASTY was a zirconium knockoff of DYNASTY. At least THE COLBYS was a real stone, however precious is a matter of opinion. But it was doing better work during 1985-1987 than its parent series.
