Best bit of tonight's Emmerdale:-

That was hilarious.


I'm tired of Harriet's story and I'm cringing at Jimmy's story, seriously, the whole spying game is just awfully written.


I am enjoying Paul/Vinny story and I can't wait for this to come out.

I am enjoying Paul/Vinny story and I can't wait for this to come out.

I just want Liv and Vinny to be okay, they’re literally one of the few characters that are likeable atm.

Liv for me is basically the Kathy, Rachel and Katie of the 2020s, a strong, forthright young woman, let’s hope she doesn’t make the same mistakes as her predecessors did or end up falling to her death (like Rachel and Katie, Kathy thankfully was one of the few Sugden relatives to survive!)

What a strong start to the week for Emmerdale. The flash forward for Tuesday was interesting. Those hands in the bed looked like old man fingers, perhaps Paul, Rodney or Jimmy?

So it is Liv, Paul & Jimmy in the beds in hospital. Who is going to die? Emmerdale have certainly shown Corrie and EastEnders how it is done. It has been riveting viewing all week. Can't wait for an hour tomorrow.

I hope Paul is the one to die. Cannot stand him. Plus, I like Liv & Jimmy. Paul isn't likeable or redeemable in any way. And unlike other villains, he's not very entertaining either. I hope he dies and that Mandy leaves the village.

I never really understood why Vinny put up with Paul and his questionable behaviour.

There was no relationship of value between them. As for Mandy choosing to take on the role of doormat is a whole other thing that is a mystery to me.

I think I would have started a petition of either Liv or Vinny had been killed off, said it before and I’ll say it again Liv and Vinny are one the best things about Emmerdale right now, from their relationship, to them as characters, the fact that their Dingle outsiders as well gives them the extra bonus

I'm disappointed, so bloody disappointed they killed off Paul. After all that abuse and he gets off scot-free. I was really hoping Mandy would find out what he was doing and them make him pay, even if he ended up inside.

Paul was just a horrible man. Mandy and Vinny are better off without Paul physically and emotionally harming them.

The actor who portrayed Paul was clearly accomplished.

With Paul gone, I kinda wish Mandy and Vinny both leave town. I just don't like them.

They should bring back Joe Tate. With Jamie having gone evil and Kim is as well, Joe can return to be the decent Tate that connects them to the Dingles. Joe & Debbie were a great couple.

And rebuild the King and Barton families as well.

A bit of a cop out killing Paul. However the aftermath has been superb.

Gabby is not worrying about, Kim should spank Jamie for impregnating her. That would the end of the matter.

Makenzie is petty crook, living out his criminality in the shadow of big sister Moira. Murdered Emma and pinned it on her son. Quite right.

Would anyone really care about Jamie's first impregnation effort. The prototype if you will.

What will Bernice think about Gabby being pregnant???

I would have enjoyed watching how Bernice would have reacted.

Samantha Giles gave some excellent performances.

Bernice was a great character.

Gabby, on the other hand, is going from bad to worse.

I was convinced it was Gabby drugging Kim up, but the other day there was Will hovering over the drinks.


Have they actually shown Gabby dropping the drugs in the drinks?

I don't believe that they've shown the identity of who's drugging Kim yet. I also thought that Gabby was responsible, but now I think it's Will. I recall him vowing vengeance for Kim interfering with Dawn's attempts to get her son back.

I don't think Gabby has it in her to drug someone slowly and methodically, but seeing an opportunity, Gabby seems to be stealing from Kim's business.

Might be wrong.... but I'm enjoying this storyline non the less.

Yes, and the more I think about it, they are working at making the viewer think it’s Gabby with Jamie convinced she’s up to something and getting Noah to spy on her.

I can’t wait until she finds out.

So knocked up Gabby was caught with her hand in the cookie jar. After being rumbled over trashing Leyla's business and trying to fit up the good doctor, following Bernice saying adios amigo to the local quack.

Jamie has made is clear that the Glock toting smack fiend has stolen his heart and libido and done! As for Noah lapping up her faux seduction.... stray dogs in Brazil's worst favelas carry their unborn lineage with greater decorum and demureness that Gabby demonstrated.

A few tears and dropping a sweet piece about the baby, that is or isn't Jamie's until the DNA, and Kim welcomes Gabby back! Kim's drug addled mind...

Samantha Giles, the wonderful Samantha Giles is back as Bernice. Bernice, Eden Draper Taylor's Belle, Kim Tate Tracy (Amy Walsh), Moira, Charity and now a surprise entry on my list of favourite ladies from my favourite soap. The gat wielding, street walking smack rat that only murked the dope slinging vicar defiling bent rozzer.

The smack fiend then left her dope slinging vicar defiling jail bird father to move the expired 9mm ventilated former child of Pale Blue bent plod with the help of the former rozzer that felt his collar, because he was punting the dope. All while the future conduit of Jah was defiling the soon to be murked up bent lawman.... dispatched by Dawn, the smack fiend progeny of the vicar's future bang, after his porridge ends because his collar was felt by the the vicar in waiting, because the guy not only sired the future skag head... but was pushing the big weight dope sacks.

Dawn, you have won my admiration. Now take Jamie for everything.

Emmerdale is super contrived to a point beyond the metaphysical, and into the realm of soap magic. Best soap EVER!
