Falcon Crest Aftershow: Dallas With Grapes?

Imho a good initial 'after show' tribute, to the wine saga. JLJ is indeed right about the setting. TPTB couldn't have got a more picturesque setting. In one of our prime time soap battles FALCON CREST achieved top award, for the best setting / scenery. I intend visiting the Valley, during the next few years.
I always enjoy hearing who were the fan's favourites and why they feel a particular way about them. Eight characters were mentioned in the above production; Chase, Emma, Richard, Melissa, Chao-Li, Sharpe, Maggie in passing and last but certainly not least 'grape granny' matriarchal battle axe Angela. JLJ also mentions about the plethora of guest stars and how a story was created for them. The European feel compared to DALLAS, DYNASTY and KNOTS LANDING is highlighted.
Give the show a watch, in the year that's in it. 40 years of FALCON CREST!
Angela and Chao-Li are planning Lorraine and Lance's vacation to Italy, (a scene from season 4, 1984 - '85):
Angela remarks to Chao-Li: "Well I didn't plan on her going but if she doesn't I'm sure Lance will do something foolish."
Chao-Li: "Lorraine knows where Lance is, in China Town. It is best we keep her at Falcon Crest."
Angela: "Getting her on board that freighter without anyone seeing her is not going to be easy."
Chao-Li: "To get Lance on board without her would be even more difficult."
Angela: "Well we'll get them there if we have to Shanghai them."
She turns around to him, before leaving her study and walking into the foyer.
Angela: "Oh! Excuse the expression Chao-Li."
Angela's ever faithful right hand man smiles at her, in appreciation.

The memories of a smashing show, to celebate 40 years of fanship. Let us wait and see if the cast join up virtually for 40, later in 2021.
