Yeah, I saw this a few days ago and had to let out a sigh. The judge might just send her to a "real" prison, not the Santa Barbara county jail, but let's face it: she would never end up staying the whole six years. The prisons are overcrowded and though she's a menace on the roadways, she isn't an MS-13 gang member or anything. She'd likely be right back out in a year.
