The Man in the High Castle (Amazon)

I watched the first 2 seasons which were very good, I didn’t have a chance to finish it but am going to start at the beginning since it’s been a few years.

The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel (Amazon)

I have heard from a few people this is excellent but I have not seen it as of yet.

The Sinner (USA)

I watched the first which was pretty gripping I thought. I didn’t continue after that.

Have never seen any of the others.

I watched most of the first season and it seemed to be going nowhere, slowly. A friend who watched it all said it's pretty slow and uneventful, which isn't the most persuasive argument I've heard.

Love it; funny and charming.

The Plot Against America (HBO)

Solid and brief.

Ratched (Netflix)

Only watched a 1 1/2 episodes and disliked it.

My two cents on the ones I have seen:

• The Leftovers (HBO) - Judging by season 1 only, I wouldn´t invest my time on a show like that. It´s more depressive than watching "The Handmaid´s Tale" (which I love though) in a rainy day. Unless you love Justin Therorouxx, of course. Besides, all the characters are unsympathetic and apathetic. What else could go wrong in that town?
• The Man in the High Castle (Amazon) - I did finish this one and I´d recommend it for sure. Every actor is perfect, and the effects, astonishing. As slow-moving as a BBC period series could be, things get a bit boring when both young male leads are written out and poor Alexa Davalos, who had a great chemistry with both, becomes just a supporting character. Then Rufus Sewell and the minor characters steal the show... Take a chance and watch it!
• Ratched (Netflix) - Also a good one that deserves even more than one viewing. It had the risk of becoming just another morbid production from Ryan Murphy´s factory, but it takes life and becomes a sort of homage to noir, hag horrors and composer Bernard Herrmann. And yes, Paulson kills it again!

One Id add is UK/BBC Us with Tom Hollander, loved it and also BBC Life which has just been shown.

Its set in Hong Kong and turns out someone was leading a double life, I stuck with it to the end.

I watched the whole Leftovers series. If you are a fan of Lost, I mean a fan who's loving later seasons and the finale, then The Leftovers is the place to be. Storytelling is similar in many ways, just slower and deeper because it's a cable show.

First season of The Leftovers is based on a novel and it's close to the novel. I liked most of season 1, loved the score and the opening credits. In season 2 Damon Lindelof continued to tell the story and then it's getting more Lost-esque. Critics praised Leftovers the longer it ran, but with me it's the opposite. During season 3 I just wanted it to be over. The ending is not as simple as in Lost, still not really confirmed, but at least you get the idea of what might have happened to the vanished.

I used to like Justin Theroux but that's over thanks to The Leftovers. He hasn't got the acting range to carry a whole show.

I may be committing sacrilege here but while I do watch it, I think it is overrated. It can be fun but remove the nostalgia aspect and the writing just isn't that great.

Schitt's Creek (CBC)

This is an easy watch and I like all of the characters. Season one was so so but it clicks straight away in season two, so stick with it.

I binged SCHITT'S CREEK over the Christmas holiday and found it to be the most likeable show I've ever watched. It was funny -- sometimes very funny -- but mostly I found it to be charming and endearing. It's very rare for a TV series to like it's own characters so much, without feeling smug or self-indulgent.

Yea, I loved it. The show had real heart and you see the characters grow and progress as the show goes on which is strange for a sitcom.

I've watched a few of these -

A Young Doctor's Notebook (Sky Arts) - enjoyed this, wished they could have done more seasons.

Brave New World (Peacock) - watched a few episodes, didn't really hold my attention.

Derry Girls (Channel 4) - loved season 1, but haven't gotten around to watching season 2 yet. If you get the opportunity, watch the Great British Bake Off special with the cast. (they're just as funny in real life!)

The Great (Hulu) - It's just started airing over here and I'm having a ball watching it!

The Luminaries (TVNZ) - I enjoyed this, but I thought the last episode had way too much talky exposition rather than action.

Quacks (BBC2) - another show that deserved another season, very funny!

Ratched (Netflix) - working my way through this. I love the whole look and style of the show.

The Split (BBC1) - another good one which hopefully will be back for a third season.
