No. He returns in the Black to Front Day episode (approximately 10th September). Richard Blackwood was briefly interviewed in the latest Jorgie Reporter thingie this week. There were pictures released over the past couple of weeks of him being back on set. He is still on the opening titles.

I don’t know about the ratings. I haven’t personally seen an article on that or seen any comments. They did last year hit the highest ratings that they had had for twelve years though.

I remember it was a Later episode.

I've read about ratings in another forum, but got nothing confirmed. It was said that in mid-September Hollyoaks got below 358,000 for 3/5 days week.
