It was nice to get back to normal on the holidays after not getting together at all last year. A lot of them don’t stay unfortunately. Every time we go on a hiring spree I would say out of every 10 or so we hire we probably lose half of them within a few months. It’s a glamorous job to a lot of people until they see what it entails.</blockquote>
