I’m noticing I get more support and well wishes on this thread than from most people I know. Let’s see, one person told me to stop faking my injuries to get out of work. Another one when I told her my hand was numb at one point she wanted to test it by hitting it with a hammer. I told her that’s probably not a good idea. And the best reaction was from my niece, who asked me if my injured hand would get in the way of me shopping for her birthday. So I guess everyone cares in their own special way.</blockquote>
