Oh, do you think I should try putting Biggie outside and see what happens? once the weather improves, that is? Streetie is in for a treat :D your pruning will probably give her a new lease of life. You're too kind Lovely Michelle :ch: My tulips are bright pink, pastel pink and bright yellow. I didn't chose the colours because I just bought a bag full of mixed tulip bulbs, part of me didn't expect them to be a success, but they love our garden. They are past their best now, but if we get some sunny weather and they decide to open again I'll get out there and take a photo. No worries my friend, I do remember the blonde bit, but what is this " hot" you speak of? :p Yes, I have been told lots about him by my Mum, I'd love to have met him, but I was lucky to get to know my other grandad Ooo Michelle! they look absolutely stunning! gorgeous! :love7: ... the colours are beautiful, how delicate the pale yellow looks. I think we can all agree that you have a bunch of happy orchids, they look fab, fab! fab!! What a treat to see them :ty: It sounds like you're at the same stage as we are. I noticed today that one of our apple trees has just started to blossom. I'm raring to go! I started today by planting some Sunflower seeds and also some Petunias, these are in the greenhouse for now because we are still getting some frosty nights. Oh and I've just bought some Sweet Peas, I tried growing these last year intending to fill the house with vase full of colourful flowers, apparently the more you pick them the more they grow. Anyway, I ended up picking two tiny flowers .. yes just two, it was pitiful  ... hopefully I will be more successful this year.
