I guess we all have our little quirks. The thing most people can’t understand is how I eat with my left hand and write with my right. They tell me that’s very unusual but while everyone is discussing it at the table I keep eating. Me too! I love puns and stupid phrases. And if I know it drives you crazy I’ll keep doing it, until you get mad and threaten me of course, which is usually when it stops. That’s the problem; the time! So many days I get home and I say I’m gonna write today but of course I’m too tired then. But I notice that you’re right and the breaks do help because then I can think more about what I want to say and how I want to say it. No, you’re not preaching. You make perfect sense. I was writing this morning and then I just got tired of it for some reason so I went and run errands. I’m sure I’ll go back to it sometime tomorrow. At this pace I’ll finish this book sometime in my 90s LOL!!! Thank you for saying this Lashes cause it perfectly sums up how I feel. Some days I’m fine and some days I’m not good at all but if I didn’t stay positive about it I don’t know where I’d be. Laughing helps a lot. I’ve always felt it cures much of what bothers us. I was never a rebel either, and I come from a long line of rebels so I’m not sure where I get it. I like things quiet and as simple as possible. Even at work if I make a mistake on the road or something I go right to my boss and confess. Except for maybe a few of my roadkills. I play dumb with those until they show up on the cameras. I can relate cause I’ve become much more cautious as I get older too. I used to do a lot of stupid things but I’ll tell you what changed me, my niece and nephew. The two that live near me are like my own and I changed a lot of things because of them. Things I used to say and do that I would never even think about now is all because of them. I remember people telling me wait til you have kids. You’ll be forced to finally grow up. Well, I don’t have kids but those two are the closest I got and now I know what everyone meant. My whole outlook changed when they got here, especially with my niece of course cause she’s my favorite but that’s our secret Lashes. I just reread that and I noticed you were talking about speeding so I don’t know how I got all of that out of what you said. Well, I guess it all relates to risk taking is what we were saying. Let’s see, where are we? 5023? I think that’s reasonable. 5100 by September 30 it is! That’s 77 posts away. You know I just realized with the length of my posts if I would just cut them in half we’d be at 10,000 already. I wonder how many people actually read my nonsense on the rest of the board? Oh well, it’s who I am I guess. Can’t change now.
