Thank you my friend! I loved that name. I still have to go back and read the others you suggested because I’m struggling to come up with one again this year LOL!! I’m terrible at this. Let’s see.................. Ghost of Christmas Lashes? (Atrociously bad, sorry) Walking In A Winter Wonder-Lashes? (Even worse) Ebenezer Lashes? (Completely awful) Silent Lashes? As in Silent Night? (No that won’t work cause we both know you can never go silent for very long) Enforcer-Nezer Scrooge? (Perhaps the dumbest thing I’ve said yet) I’ll think of something better, don’t worry. Well, actually the odds are I probably won’t, let’s face it. Sadly, not so much. It seems like we go right from Halloween to Christmas here and Thanksgiving kind of gets lost in the shuffle. I’m not sure why that is cause it’s actually my favorite holiday. Christmas is such a hectic time for me but I really enjoy it regardless. So many people in my field aren’t too crazy about the holidays but I don’t share their sentiments. Plus I didn’t really celebrate the holidays much for quite a number of years, and I regret that now. Last year that all changed and it was nice to get back to normal. So when I see them putting out the decorations in September now, yes I do laugh, but at the same time I kind of like it. It means we’re finally getting to the best time of the year. I’ve never celebrated it outdoors personally but yes, it’s very common where I live. I know people that go to the beach on Christmas or have barbecues. Some people spend the day in the park. It’s such a different world down here cause of the climate. I think that’s one good reason to put up the decorations in the stores so early here. Otherwise it doesn’t really feel like Christmas cause it’s still so hot out. I am so sorry you had to go through that! I’ve learned that the support of others is the only way to get through those times. Have a good week ahead my friend! We’re only 163 posts away!
