I'm sure ... positive in fact that you envy more than my name. :p Here is a recent image of Velly with her two keikis.

I hope the leaf dropping isn't too serious. I would love to see her and your newest orchid. It's going to be a tougher Christmas with me as Duchess is all but dead and Streetie isn't going all that well. I still look at that shop location where Streetie was rescued from. I had though about taking her out there when the weather was less dangerous and take a image of her where I found her. In her current state I'll keep her indoors where she is safe. She's lived an amazing life for a plant. I just hope she has a little more time to be with us. I saw Duchess on Thursday and her time is about up. These last few weeks have really been bad for her. At times she was my healthiest poinsettia. It's never easy to say goodbye. This weekend will be hard when I see her again. That's surely a possibility. I had though about doing that to Streetie if I know her condition becomes too bad. Something of her to live on. They do drop leaves when they come indoors but Streetie has gotten dead limbs that concerns me and some leaves with rotten spots. I feel powerless in helping her. I think she'll make it to Christmas and probably New Year's but this Winter will be long. Indeed. Pippa The Pepper has been a nice addition. I do wonder how she does over the winter. A new plant to discover. If only I still had that image. I blame Ome for that. :ss9:
