Jane Powell dies at 92

Jane Powell died from natural causes on September 16, 2021. She was 92 years old. A popular star of Hollywood's Golden Age, she passed away peacefully at her home in Wilton, Connecticut. As an actress, she was probably best-known for her work in frothy musical comedies, such as ROYAL WEDDING (1951) with Fred Astaire, and SEVEN BRIDES FOR SEVEN BROTHERS (1954) with Howard Keel.

Very sad news! I didn’t realize she had passed away til I read this thread. I also remember her in A Date With Judy, which starred Elizabeth Taylor.
