Padam Padam actually looks set to hit the top 20 in the UK this week!

I had completely given up on Kylie having singles success due to how the charts work with streaming (and her albums sell well anyway), but Padam Padam seems to have connected with an audience outside her usual fanbase and is growing on streaming. I wonder how far she'll be able to go with this?

I think i will wait buying this cd because with her albums "Disco" and her Christmas album, she released a year later another deluxe cd with more bonus tracks then on the deluxe cd that is coming out next month.

Her single "Padam Padam" is really growing on me, i really like this song.

I love that she's doing what she's really good at, proper dance-pop, but she's twisted it just enough, made it a little edgier and more interesting and she's managed to engage a somewhat younger crowd, and she seems to catching on with the American Twinks in a much more mainstream way than she did before. She's doing really well in America now.

I remember a while ago some journalist was being snide about her not really having much success in the US. Kylie responded that she does pretty well out side of America, and noted that touring America just isn't fun and she doesn't have to do it which is great. I think the Las Vegas residency is perfect for her. Now the US can just come to her, if they want to.

Saying that, I hope it's a short residency as I will obviously be getting tickets for the Tension tour, and the sooner the better.

I am now listening to Kylie's new album "Tension" for the first time on Spotify and so far it sounds very good, nice pop songs as we expect from her albums such as "X" and "Body Language", I am almost tempted to pressing the order button.

I can see that, its great. It's that kind of Euphoric Kylie shimmer glimmer moment like, I Believe In You, or All The Lovers or On A Night Like This. It's probably my favourite on the album. It also reminds my of Robyn and her melancholic dancefloor heartbreak songs. Something that Kylie does well too.
I love the album. There are a few moments that remind me of Body Language and Light Years which I liked, as it harks back to happier times for me. I also love that it's a much more clubby vibe for her and that's a little unexpected after Golden and Disco.

Hold On To Now is a Biff Stannard song too, and he can do no wrong where Kylie is concerned for me. I've been busy this week and have only had one proper listen to Tension today and probably wont get to really sink in to it until after the weekend when I am off work for a few days. Though I listened all the way through today and loved it all.

I think the entire album "Tension" sounds great and it is also a quick listen, the album is not as heavily produced as "Disco". Only the three bonus tracks don't really do it for me yet, maybe they will grow after I listen to them more often. I wanted to order the deluxe edition, but the online store where I usually buy my CDs says that it is already sold out, only the standard CD is still available. Good job Kylie.

I have done my first listen and love the album and the different sounds incorporated.
I will be listening again and again I don’t have track names down yet so I can’t make any real comments. Also I suck at reviewing.

I finally bought the deluxe edition of "Tension" in a music store today, I saw that there was a lot of promo going on in the store around Kylie's CD, and they had plenty of deluxe editions available, luckily I bought that instead of the regular standard CD.

So let my Kylie fever begin again, "Padam Padam".

I must say I am truly enjoying Tension. Every single song is great and is a fantastic listen from start to finish. Right now Green light is on the top of my list for favorite track. There’s just something great about it.
