I'm totally against anything Christmas like before at least 8 December but I think this year I will have to make an exception....

Linda Gray is turning on (I'm sure she is!) the Dallas Christmas lights today in Downtown Dallas from 4.30pm :)

Sadly I live on the other side of the Atlantic but my Texan twin will be there reporting back to me! Yay!

No kidding I've not long returned from a walk and I counted 6 neighbours putting up the outdoor Christmas lights. It's nearly pushing 30 (86 Fahrenheit). I suppose they're getting in early because tomorrow it's forecast for 38 (100.4 Fahrenheit). Gotta love an Aussie Christmas...as long as the beach is nearby.

I wasn't there (I'm from Ireland) but my close friend was there and spent time with Linda - Linda came looking for her (We have a team called Team Sue Ellen and Linda spotted my friend) and said she 'needed a hug' awwwwwwww and they had a huge hug and talked for quite a while. I will ask my friend permission to post the photo. Linda is doing good, she said that she is having to wear a little mask to protect her from the smoke of the California fires. :kiss:

Those christmas tree hats are hilarious though. :giggle: I don't know who picked them out but somehow I sense Larry had something to do with it. I mean he was definitely into funny hats.

They're from the movie 'Expecting Mary' @Karin Schill ;) But yes maybe Larry was in Linda's mind as she knew how much he loved silly hats.

Oh I who thought someone in Dallas had picked them out for the Christmas tree lighting event! :rlol:

It's been a while since I watched "Expecting Mary" so I guess that's why I didn't place them. But I do remember the movie also had a pig in it.
