To be fair, it wasn't so difficult to make an awful movie in the 80s.
I don't know the context of these scenes (and as for the first part I couldn't care less, for obvious reasons) but in the second part it looks as if he knows how cool-but-not-really-cool-at-all it really is, and to do that in an 80s movie is kinda brilliant. I think the uploader of this video totally missed the point.

Haha... You're signature is so funny... Mostly because it was a typo on my part although it does work as a blunt fact.

I really laughed so hard at that post, cos it was a funny statement. As for the typo, wasn't sure it was on purpose or not, but I thought it really worked too -- he's not just "an" asshole, he's "the" Asshole. Hope you don't mind I borrowed it for my signature lol xoxo

Sometimes Rafael de la Fuente reminds me so much of young Lorenzo. For me he would be the perfect Lance on a Falcon Crest reboot.

But now he is Sammy Jo, and i'm so very happy with that, too! :D

Oh me too. All of it.

What do we think of the long hair? Normally I don't like it much on guys but for Lorenzo I'm willing to make an exception.

I'm against it. If you look hot with short hair (and he does), stick with the Ken look and don't copy Barbie. I have seen men look sexy with long hair, but I haven't seen one of them who wouldn't look sexier if he cut it.

BTW, Lorenzo was also on the Bold and the Beautiful as Hector. And as that show usually does with sexy men they cast, he was given a dead-end storyline and was dropped unceremoniously.

I never was into Falcon Crest, BUT I really liked the fact they had a character who brought martial arts into a soap opera. I´m a big martial arts fan and did it myself for years.

Today we know "America's Next Top Model" or "Germany's Next Top Model" (by Tyra Banks or Heidi Klum) - but there was a similar forerunner in the 80s. The January 1985 final show was hosted by Lorenzo Lamas and Lisa Hartman (Knots Landing).
