Hi Toni, you have your settings to only receive email notifications when a new (PM) conversation has started. Any other email notifications have been switched off.

Hi Ms Southworth, it’s been a long time. 5 years or something like that.

The reason you did not receive an email is because we have set the notifications to only reach current members who are active on the forums.
