Just caught some sad breaking news that Ryan O'Neal star of Love Story, Paper Moon and What's up Doc? has passed away aged 82. His son Patrick announced it on social media on 8th December.

i had no idea he was a Rodney either and wondered who the hell was Rodney? my favorite film of his is easily What's up Doc? (1972) my 2nd favorite role is as Bone's father on the show Bones (2005-2017) it's hard to believe the show has been off the air that long!

Today I heard the sad news that actor Ryan O'Neal has passed away at the age of 82, he was best known in the soap series "Payton Place" and the films "Love Story" - "What's Up Doc", "A Bridge Too Far" and "The Main Event". Ryan was also the partner and husband of Charlie's Angels actress Farraf Fawcett for many years.

He will be missed for sure, i wish his family and friends all the best in these hard times.

I saw a YouTube channel had posted this movie with Ryan O'Neal and Leigh Taylor-Young:

Apparently called the "second-worst movie ever made" by a critic, which is only beaten by the 2004 remake.
