Finally, a preview that's the best of the rest so far!
I think Iris saves Fallon from the look of things. Pulls her out of the car. My guess, her husband gets killed or put in jail after this episode. I don't like Jeff! HATE HIM! But him and Michael are going to finally fight in this episode! Go, Michael! Whether they cancel the show or not, events leading up to the finale should dismiss the characters of Cecil, Jeff and Monica completely, whether there is a season 2 or not. Looks like no office/work again next week for Fallon, that'll be 11 episodes with her talking about "her business". They're always coming up with new stuff to push away from that office such as Thanksgiving charity work, Christmas festivities, her birthday, now her kidnapping...

@Snarky's Ghost No I'm just asking because I wasn't sure who can start a thread and I didn't want to get in trouble.
Just saw the trailer and I don't think Iris is saving Fallon; I think it's possible that she's moving her to another location for some reason. It's pretty common in kidnapping scenarios.
Also I feel like this is the only time ever that we've seen Fallon be legitimately scared of anything. I guess not even Her Royal Snarkness is immune to fear.
