Elaine was weak but after her introduction and a handful of episodes after they never wrote any good material for her and this show needed an Alexis no matter who was playing her even if Fallon was the star, Season 1 had that balance. Also after S2 the Alexis, cristal and Blake triangle and rivalry disappeared, how can you have Dynasty without that dynamicI would have preferred zero characters recastedRobert and Adam were the weakest and most cringeworthy to watch.</blockquote>
