Does anybody know what's happened to Million Pound Pawn on itv on a Tuesday evening which seems to have been dropped from the schedule after just two episodes?
It was only a 3 part documentary and all 3 programmes were screened.

Nothing quite like England doing well at a major international football tournament to get some astounding TV ratings in the United Kingdom.

Euro 2020 Match Peaks**

11.6m England v Croatia - 13 June 2:00PM GROUP
20.0m England v Scotland - 18 June 8:00PM GROUP
17.7m Czech Republic v England - 22 June 8:00PM GROUP
20.6m England v Germany - 29 June 5:00PM LAST 16
20.9m England v Ukraine - 3 July 8:00PM - QUARTER FINALS
25.8m England v Denmark 7 July 8:00PM - SEMI FINALS

With England advancing to the final to play Italy at Wembley on Sunday night to play in their first major tournament final since 1966 - we could be in for a truly historic TV rating although overturning the 32.3m for 1966's final seems a stretch too far.

*These are the official overnight peak viewing figures and don't include streaming numbers that have been added in some reports elsewhere as there's a huge overlap between the two and they aren't comparable to past tournaments.

The links on the ratings themselves are a necessary evil.

In addition to the above post about match peaks - I've managed to find the match averages and programme averages on another forum for England games

Match Averages
10.3m England v Croatia - 13 June 2:00PM GROUP
18.5m England v Scotland - 18 June 8:00PM GROUP
14,7m Czech Republic v England - 22 June 8:00PM GROUP
17.3m England v Germany - 29 June 5:00PM LAST 16
20.0m England v Ukraine - 3 July 8:00PM - QUARTER FINALS
23.9m England v Denmark 7 July 8:00PM - SEMI FINALS

I the fairly obvious pattern from Czech Republic onwards on those figures carries on of around 2-3m being added per match with the match peak another 1-3m above that, then we could be looking at a match average in the region of 25-26m with a peak anywhere from 26m-30m. That would easily put the broadcast into the hallowed all time Top 10 most watched broadcasts of all time.

Tomorrow morning we should probably know what the realistic peak audience of the United Kingdom is for the modern era (with streaming and all the rest of it). For ratings fanatics it's the perfect scenario, all though not so for England fans, with Italy v England in the UEFA European Championship Final at home at Wembley for England going all the way to a tight penalty shoot out.

In Italy 18.172 million viewers watched finale on Rai1 & 1.720m on Sky Sport Uno (Pay-TV). Market share 73,7% on Rai1 & 7.0% on Sky Sport Uno.

Rai1 also published breakdown of the finale, Sky Sport Uno sadly not, so numbers for Rai1 only:
First Halftime: 17.768.000 - 71.9%
Second Halftime: 18.290.000 - 73%
Extra Time: 18.459.000 - 76%
Penalties: 18.549.000 78.7%

In 2012 (in pre-streaming days) when Italy lost against Spain in Euro finale that match had more than 22 million viewers, but semi-final when Italy won against Germany was even bigger with almost 23 million viewers.
