[emm1978]

Wendy Craig appears in Emmerdale next week as Sandy's new love interest Maisie.

Maisie is a friend of Betty's from Australia, who Sandy emigrates with.

Timely news for me since I'm three quarters of the way through rewatching Butterflies for the first time in over a quarter of a century. Nice to know she's still getting to stretch her acting muscles. I've been most impressed by her.
