Season 5, to stay in sync with Falcon Crest. Alternatively, broadcast-wise since Dynasty was one season ahead of FC, it should be season 6.

And then of course a complete make-over for season 9.

I know you're kidding but, seriously, I would prefer it to what they eventually gave us --- maybe it would be right for Season 10.

I want to hear a cascading-strings version for Season 4;

** a Christmas instrumentation for Season 5;

**whatever orchestration Bill Conti used for THE COLBYS also used for Season 6 of DYNASTY (so THE COLBYS' melody could be heard as a second bridge in Season 6 whenever the Colby family popped-up in DYNASTY -- had any of them appeared longer than they actually did);

**bells and chimes befitting a chapel for Season 7;

**a pipe organ and men's choir for Season 8;

**a spinet and piano and autoharp and a children's choir for Season 9.

**the majestic orchestration posted earlier for DYNASTY-1969 might be nice for Phantom Season 10.

I can hear it all in my head, effortlessly.

But the show would probably have to be a little bit better in order to deserve that.

Were Monica and Miles Cecil Colby’s kids
Did Cecil rape Sable? Were Monica and Miles getting a piece of ColbyCo. If Joan was leaving what was the point
Was Dominique returning and would she be fighting with Sable.
What was the character that Lauren Hutton was going to play who wanted possession of the collection.
Was she an ex girlfriend or ex wife of Blake?
If only they let David Paulsen write the reunion.
Season 9 wasn’t great but it was worlds ahead of anything post Moldavia.
The best title card of the whole show was Joan getting her cigarette lit with the hedonistic Acapulco hotel pool in the background, Dominique showing her hand wasn’t too bad either. With those horrible new backgrounds of the Carrington’s being every day folk they got rid of all those phallic symbol ones for all the guys.
They should have gotten rid of those new lame uninspired redone backgrounds and gave everyone a huge oil well gusher, champagne bottle oozing, huge skyscraper, just to f with the failing show

Indeed-- that second-season Collins card (1981-82) truly captured the essence of the then-new character; also, so did the second-season Martin card that had her with that surprised look in front of her mirror as a horse galloped by in the background (the newer Martin card lasting for the last of her time on the show to 1984).
