Will Trump fire his Attorney General Jeff Sessions -- it will be a Constitutional Crisis

Deep South racist, Senator Jeff Sessions, became the first and only Senator to endorse Trump's presidential bid prior to Trump winning the GOP nomination last summer.

When he was named Attorney General earlier this year, he correctly recused himself from the Russian investigation (because he'd been caught lying, like most of Trump's campaign staff, about meeting with Russian operatives during an after the campaign). But this recusal infuriated Trump, who wanted Sessions to stomp out the Russian investigation entirely.

Trump then fired FBI Director Comey (which Trump admitted publicly was to stop the Russian investigation, an open admission of obstruction of justice) and now he's publicly insulting and pressuring Sessions -- which many people are concerned is prelude to Sessions being pushed out or even being fired by Trump outright -- so Trump can put in somebody else as A.G. so he can fire Robert Mueller, the special prosecutor in the Russian election-hacking investigation.

If Trump fired Jeff Sessions, it will be considered by many to be a Constitutional crisis (even by those who voted against approving Sessions as A.G.).

Even slimeball extraordinaire, Judge Ken Starr (of Monicagate infamy) thinks Trump's going too far...

But I can't see Donald Trump controlling himself. Sessions will probably be forced to resign, just to avoid the "fired" scenario, thus allowing Trump new attack dog to fire Mueller.

Even the Republicans are warning Trump not to do this, to go after Sessions.

As Robert Mueller and Eric Schneiderman are closing in on the Trump family crimes, the failing loser of a fake President is feeling the heat and lashing out like a desperate caged animal and pulling out all stops in an attempt to protect himself and his family.

John Schindler of The Observer (who is actually a Republican, but apparently more of a patriot than your typical Trump cultist) is recapping the most recent events in the latest edition of his column titled "Trumpocalypse - A Nightmare From Which There's No Normal Exit". Perhaps not much new here, all logical stuff, but a couple of quotes to keep in mind:


"The case of Jeff Sessions ought to be a warning sign to the entire Republican Party that Trump has no loyalty to anyone but himself, and is perfectly happy to sacrifice anyone at any time to safeguard himself."

"Unlike President Nixon, who ultimately demurred from a scorched-earth political death-match, Donald Trump plans to fight for his survival, whatever the cost—to himself, to his fans, and to our country."

In other words - fasten your seatbelts, this is going to get even more bat-shit crazy, as this desperate Kremlin-linked criminal clings on for dear life, with yet to be determined repercussions on the US as we know it at the end of this nightmare.

Trump will either fire Sessions or Mueller, or Mueller through Sessions. He can't control himself.

He may, however, be clever enough to laterally move Sessions somewhere else (like Homeland Security) to reduce the political ire. But that may not work.
