I think the end of this film could have acted as a great crossover of Willy Wonka and Dallas. After Sue Ellen has an affair with Wonka, JR throws him off the balcony. He later gives Wonkas gum to Charlie

Haha guys. I think it could have worked like this. Wonka is bored after having given the chocolate factory to Charlie Bucket in the film. He relocates to Dallas with some of his Oompa Loompas to make a new start and open a new chocolate factory. J.R. learns of this and reaches out to have lunch. He wants to help finance it if Wonka let's him become a partner. He agrees and then when he meets Sue Ellen, his little willy goes out of control.

JR even goes as far as coercing Lucy into marrying one of the Oompa Loompas to seal the deal.
After Wonka falls out the window, he lands on top of Violet that is pushed over to visit him. A 20ish Denise Nickerson does a guest part. Wonka flies up through the window and knocks out J.R. that is arguing with Sue Ellen. Those two are divorced at this point. J.r. wakes up and calls McSween over. He tells him Wonka and Sue Ellen went across state to get married. J.R. tells him those two will never get married as long as I see to to it. I'd also like to see scenes of Wonka in his top hat and suit doing meetings with Angelica Nero. Who would appear more out there
whew, thank goodness! We can then suspend reality
I think it would have been awesome if songs from Woman in Red like I Just Called to Say I Love You, It's You and Weakness were written for Dallas as part of a lyrical soundtrack. Dionne Warwick and Stevie Wonder could have guest starred to perform them at the either the Oil Barons Club or the ranch and have them played at different points
Another thing I'd add to this is after the dam explosion, the Ewings watch as their river is filled with chocolate. Miss Ellie goes uh oh. I don't think we thought this one out too carefully. We can't have the cattle drinking this. It's going to cost us an arm and leg to drain this, clean it, and get new water added
