Audio-AI from Google created a realistic Dynasty Podcast, so crazy!

It's come really that far already: AI can create Podcasts from ANY written source that you give it.
It's called "NotebookLM" and can create a talk between 2 artificial people, and it's free!
All i did was giving it the text from the Dynasty-Wikipedia page and the generated artificial podcast was ready in 3 minutes!
It's really unbelievable how far AI has come in the last few months. Those AI-guys even laugh and make fun about the warderobe and the shoulderpads!!
Fascinating and a little terryfiing at the same time.
Just imagine video KI getting this far in 2 to 3 years (which is totally possible), we can create our own season 10, picking things right up after the S9 cliffhanger!!!!

It's official: a youtuber has A.I.'d Amanda Lear's voice for a Murder On The Orient Express Disco Suite (well, something like that).
I'm feeling emotionally disturbed right now, it's like the worst thing that could have happened. The upload itself sounds pretty good but that is the problem.
When people discuss the ramifications of A.I. it's always about the fear that "whatever market" is going to be flooded with trash. But that's not the problem because humans are perfectly capable of creating their own trash.
The real danger happens when A.I. gets very good, to the extent of replacing human talent and creativity. And maybe eventually, humanity itself.

Yes I'm being hysterical, but only for the time being. This is not going to end well, but intelligent humans - inexplicably - prefer to deal with problems when the damage is done.
The only other scenario is that people will get used to A.I. art and A.I. artists. In that case it won't matter from an audience's perspective. But human artists will still suffer the consequences.

The A.I. guys openly admit they want to do that -- to merge humans with A.I. and morph us into a new species. They want to be gods (as Tulsi Gabbard correctly phrased it). And as fast as possible. Along with all those babies they're breeding in order to be recreational murdered by the elites

So the truth is far worse than fiction.

On the upside, A.I. can now easily correct those absurdly blurry close-ups of Joan and Linda in Season 8.

Anything to fix up the recast of Miss Ellie and I'm all in. Of course the danger I foresee is someone creating video corrections/continuations without the express approval from Barbara Bel Geddes family. It's why I was smart enough never to have a physical image of me, on any social media website. I'd be horrified if someone used my likeness to create whatever took their fancy. This is the problem I have with Ai.

It's bad enough seeing people use Ai to amplify the thumbnail image on their youtube channels to try and suck you in. As if a cat can seriously pull a gun on an unsuspecting person answering their door.

That said and if we had the actors - both living or deceased - approval would you like to see a continuation of Dynasty from 1989 or Dallas from 1991?

I feel so called out, because I've been using A.I. to create concept art of the costumes I'd have for the cast in my PEYTON PLACE remake series. If it's any consolation, while the characters themselves are A.I., I've been using photos of actual 1960s clothes. And again, I'm only using this as "concepts"; I would want REAL HUMAN actors wearing actual costumes on an actual set, if ever my idea got picked up.

CGI was later used to freshen up the sometimes-pallid special effects from the 1960s' STAR TREK -- some fans were upset, but they mostly got over it because the sweeteners didn't go nuts with it.... the tweaks seemed non-destructive.

Yes, it sounds like a slippery slope, but the sliding years of DYNASTY -- which was most of it -- have so much crap in it, t's nearly unsalvageable... I mean, if they didn't care about it, why, frankly, should we??
