Dallas Drives: the cars used in the series

Over the weekend I've found myself delving back into some TV cars on IMCDb, which is a fun little site.

Seeing how comprehensive their Dallas section is, I thought it may be good to have a thread here which acts as a kind of database for all the main cars used on the show - and perhaps a few that had smaller roles too.

Rather than grouping it by make and model we can do it by character. So I'll start off by posting pics of the various characters' cars and then we can fill in any blanks to hopefully build a really comprehensive picture of which cars were driven when. I'm not technologically whizzy enough to do screencaps, so I'll work with some pics I can find online.

Naturally, we'll start with "EWING 1"...

To me it looks like that bluey-silver colour lots of Mercedes had. Did JR ever drive a 2-door coupe type Merc? I only remember him having the 4 door saloons like in the pics here, but it's ages since I last watched.

Indeed. Not to mention that enormous bonnet that he kept well polished!!

Still - at least it's subtle by some standards.

The picture of J.R.'s 1986 Mark VII parked at the gas pumps reminds me of the scene where he had to pump his own gas. I'm suprised he even knew how!

Yes, definitely. I'm enjoying seeing some of the more subtle changes, like the updates to Bobby's red Merc above. Same with JR's silver-green Mercs and all those sideboards-on-wheels of Sue Ellen's.

Please show all of the other cars, too! In particular, Jack and Mark's cars.
