I always loved their opening scenes of the series and their journey to Southfork in Diggers Daughter. It’s nice to see them just married and very much in love and discussing their future. Despite knowing the problems that await them, they’re both so full of hope and ready to take on the world.

I recently rewatched the Dallas episodes where Miss Ellie was debating whether or not to overturn Jock’s Will. It is so sad to watch Bobby&Pam’s marriage starting to fall apart because they are on opposite sides of the issue even though they still love each other. :( :) I love Bobby&Pam and original Dallas rocks.

RayDonna, i love the screen caps you posted of Victoria and Steve from the movie they did together before they were on Dallas. :)

Karin, I love the pictures and screen caps you posted of Bobby and Pam. :)I would loved to have seen Bobby, Pam, and Christopher reunited on TNT's Dallas but unfortunately I don't think it would have happened because Ms. Cidre was into Bobby and Ann and in her opinion they were the next Jock and Miss Ellie and she would never let Bobby leave Ann and go back to Pam where he belongs.:):(
Nice photo of VP. Yes she sure won over CC who tried to use her for PR purposes. Still it's a shame VP didn't return at the end of season two of the TNT version as I think most fans would have wanted to see Bobby & Pam reunite. Just imagine how good season three could have been if Pam would have returned...

In fact let's toy with the idea that Pam did return. What do you think would have happend in season three?

How would Bobby and Christopher have reacted to her return?
Could they have forgiven her?

What was Pam's reason for staying away so long?

Would Bobby eventually have divorced Ann for Pam or would he have stuck with his marriage?

Probably true. Still Jenna had set Bobby free at that point so if something would have happened it wouldn't have been like he was cheating... ;)

I sort of like that Christopher interrupted them though, as the slow build up of Bobby & Pam's reconcilation had us tune in for a new episode with anticipation every week. It was perfectly played out. :)

That's all for now,

Take care,
Love:
Karin.
I’m glad they didn’t bring Pam back. First, it would not have been Victoria. 2nd, as a fan I’m not sure I can forgive her for staying away over 30 years. Why & for what? Especially since Bobby was married. I’m not a Bobby Anne fan. Don’t forget last thing Bobby heard was she was in love with her doctor & never wanted to see any of them again. I hate the way they ended Pam & ruined who she was. Even if she told them it was all a lie. What is her reason for staying away this long if she really loved them

I would’ve liked to have seen her return for the possibility of at least getting some closure for the Bobby and Pam fans. Maybe they could’ve finally had their happy ending but I’m only interested in that if it was Victoria. Bobby with a Pam recast for a reunion wouldn’t have felt the same for me. At least by saying she died in 1989 it actually negates the fact that Pam stayed away all those years and didn’t want to return to her family. I remember the Margaret Michael’s Pam saying that she was dying and didn’t want to be a burden so for whatever reason TNT Dallas decided to just continue that story.

Well...it could kick start a new fan base. I personally cannot wait for Dallas to arrive on Blu-Ray and revisit the Ewing family and the Romeo and Juliet of our times.

I wasn’t a big fan of Dallas being remastered at first but the idea has grown on me and if it gets us talking about Bobby and Pam again I’m all for it.

I’m glad we got some closure to the story. I wish Bobby knew the truth. He really thought Pam left him for someone else. I recently heard an interview with Victoria Principal. She didn’t like the Pam in bandages story. She said she wanted it clear to the fans that Pam was over. She said she would not do the new Dallas because it sounded ridiculous. She even asked the person interviewing her how he would have brought her back & what explanation is believable.
If Pam had been alive all this time & chosen never to connect with Bobby & Christopher, how could they possibly forgive that? I’m glad Christopher at least eventually knew she loved him.
