So I have the pecking order straight … Jeff basically loses a fight to midget Dr. Toscanini, who lost a fight to old man Blake Carrington. But he at least battles a professional athlete to a draw if not outright wins the fight.

The writers were biased in favor of Blake.

Because they wanted to. They'll recast all four grown Carrington children eventually.

Yes, there's a fourth who comes in for Season 5. Then they recast her for Season 7.

They will call her "Amanda."
