If Patrick Duffy wouldn't have left, we would have had two years of a reconciliation between him and Pam, rather than just one. I'll be damned if they were going to drag out him and Jenna any longer, or Pam 'searching' for Mark..If Patrick Duffy had not left at the end of Season 8 then do you think they would have reunited him Pam? The reconciliation seemed tied into the Romeo and Juliet theme. Would Bobby have married Jenna? I think he would have been with Pam eventually.
Would Christopher have lived past 2014, would Muriel have had him blown-up?I think ratings would have stabilized and gone back up and the show would still be on the air.
The original Eric Farlow Christopher would have returned and would currently be running the Ewing empire with his evil wife Muriel Gillis. Jenna and Charlie would still be arguing about something in the occasional Switzerland scene, and Ray would have become a successful Senator, turning down multiple opportunities to run for President because he enjoys Texas ranch life too much.
Muriel would have blown up Jeremy Wendell early in in their reign, but is a loving wife for Christopher (somehow she isn’t *that much* older than him on the show - Karlene Crockett can pull it off if anyone can!)Would Christopher have lived past 2014, would Muriel have had him blown-up?
I can just see a storylines with Ray battles Braddock county and the ruthless land barons who want to put housing subdivisions on his ranch's front door. I can also see a 2023 cliffhanger of when someone knocks his original home down, the one he built with his own sweat for Donna forty years earlier.
Oh, I'd love to see an image (AI or otherwise) of a 77-year-old Ray physically blocking a wrecking crew ... and of course a trial of some sort would follow. Ray's adopted son Tony (who over the series comes back into cannon) could have died in this altercation and Ray would face the trial of his life.Yep, I could see Senator Krebbs (now retired, much like Sam Culver in the early episode he was in) physically blocking the wrecking crew at his hand-built first house, much like how he held off the hospital staff when Aunt Lil pulled the plug on poor Mickey..
aw man, Tony has worse luck than Jamie “died or nearly died 6 or 7 times in 2 years” Ewing!Oh, I'd love to see an image (AI or otherwise) of a 77-year-old Ray physically blocking a wrecking crew ... and of course a trial of some sort would follow. Ray's adopted son Tony (who over the series comes back into cannon) could have died in this altercation and Ray would face the trial of his life.
