I was rewatching the first (initially assuming the be the only) series on prime, and then I closed the player because I needed something else to do.
It returned to the series' overview and I was just about to leave the prime website when I spotted the "season 1" drop-down index menu thing, I said to myself, how peculiar. Could it be a modern internet thing, just calling everything a "season" even when it isn't?
I didn't expect anything but I clicked on the index anyway and - GASP!! - season 2 appeared on screen.
Followed by a minor dissapointment because the episodes are "coming soon" but the most important thing is that they've made a sequel series.

I got a bit overly confident and checked the wiki page of MCMAFIA to see if they also had secretly filmed a follow-up series.
Unfortunately it's still very cancelled but apparently there was enough inspiration to almost film season 2. That last part of the info feels a bit like rubbing salt into the wound but that can happen when you poke around and ask the wrong questions.
But anyway, after 9 years (!) Tom Hiddleston and Olivia Colman return in the spy thriller series and I hope it's going to be good.

Ironically, it's possible that I won't be able to watch it since I've cancelled Prime and returned to Netflix.
I've found enough titles on netflix to keep me bizzy for a whole year, and the year after that I'll go back to prime for the Night Manager and the final season of THE BOYS.

I had considered HBO but they don't have much apart from the smash hit series I've already seen (and I've got some of those on DVD).

I loved the Original Night Manager and bought the DVD

I am enjoying the follow up, its not as good IMHO - and its not John le Carre but its definitely hotting up and its set in Colombia

Gosh, this was neauseatingly exciting, and also very tragic. Tom Hiddleston was fanastic and he had a great supporting cast.
Roll on series 3, it MUST continue! Mayra Cavendish is pure evil!
