Unfortunately they were not, in the same season i.e. Edward (Jeff Wainright) and Eddie (Carl Brock/Carlton Travis). Might have been interesting though had they been, in a scene(s) together.

I didn't know they were father and son. I never made the connection even though I knew they shared the same surname.

I had no time for Edward's Wainright in season 5 and then he played an identical twin, the next season. I thought Eddie Albert was good; in season 7, another old flame from Angela's past. How many did she have, anyway? Poor old Chao-Li had to keep lighting the fire, in the big house (most days). That was the nearest he got to his boss's bed.

Could the spark between Angela and Carl Brock be reignited, in the Falcon Crest study; (a scene from season 7, 1987 - '88):

Angela: "You were called Carl Brock the night we announced our engagement. A woman never forgets her first love. You walked out on me."

Carlton: "My brother and I had a very public fight over you at the engagement party. After the party, he came looking for me. He was very drunk. In fact, we were both drunk. We argued, we fought!"
