Dallas Top Ten Top Ten

Between the "Dallas" titles and the ones from "Knots", I think they homaged the whole filmography of Alfred Hitchcock (besides, they named two characters (actually three) after "Rebecca" and "Marnie" (Charlie´s girlfriend). Let´s see the "Dallas" titles...

1- Shadow of a Doubt (Season 7 or.)
2- Family Plot (S. 12)
3- To Catch a Sly (S. 6)
4- The Lady Vanishes (S. 10)
5- Blackmail (S. 4)

Non-hitchcockian:

6- The Letter (S. 6)
7- Gone with the Wind (S. 10)
8- Lover Come Back (S. 3)
9- Terms of Estrangement (S. 7)
10- Cally on a Hot Tin Roof (S. 12)

  1. The Fat Lady Singeth (S10)
  2. Blame It On Bogota (S8)
  3. Trompe L’oeil (S9)
  4. Brother, Can You Spare A Child? (S10)
  5. Whatever Happened To Baby John? (S2)
  6. Penultimate (S5)
  7. If At First You Don’t Succeed... (S7)
  8. Farlow’s Follies (S10)
  9. Ewing-Gate (S3)
  10. Fall Of The House Of Ewing (S9)

and also...

1. Donna - she was so gorgeous with Tony. I was so disappointed he never existed. And she so wanted her child who she lost. She was also cool with her actual real 'stinky-poo' baby girl too. Shame we never got to see her in the following seasons to watch ray and her together raise their child. Such lost opportunities. Oh well I can DREAM

2. Pam - so sweet with Christopher. Loved her.

3. Sue Ellen, especially the later years and the dream one again where she was so unselfish towards john Ross. She had grown so much.

4. Miss Ellie - wonderful matriarch and wise to all and didn't take any nonsense from anyone either

5. Ray - so good with Tony and he was really supportive of Donna then. He was a great father figure to Mickey too

@Ome this is a five one isn't it? Otherwise I'll list five more. Thanks

Well I feel sheepish. I didn't scroll down the the bottom. Oopsie. Anyway the remaining five are...

6. jR - he did love his son.

7. Bobby

8. Valene because even though she gave up Lucy by force she did love her twins

9. Patricia because she was hilarious as a mother in the worst possible way

10. Gary cause he came through in the end

I apologize for missing last week's, but I will get to this one after I think about it more carefully. All I know for sure right now is that my list will NOT include Mrs. Rebecca Wenchworth!

Lock, Stock & Jock
Haha. The "lock, stock & something" thing always works.

On The Colbys, Sable hissed at her sister: "It's all yours now - lock, stock and Baccarat"

1. JR Ewing (because can you imagine to have a father like JR?)
2. Kristin Shepard (because every soap needs a murderous vixen as "the mother")
3. Jock Ewing (the original oil tycoon and his dysfunctional offspring)
4. Miss Ellie (for all the kitchen advice and dining room drama)
5. Sue Ellen (when she didn't want to have anything to do with her child, and then also when she had a change of heart. As Lucy said "without an heir you're nothing")
6. Clayton Farlow (who fell in love with his son's lover, and I really liked his ranch)
7. Patricia Shepard (and her quest to create the perfect Dallas wife. Still, I kinda liked her).
8. Pamela (because she wanted it so badly she believed Bobby went for baby-shopping. Where does it come from? Who cares)
9. Vanessa Beaumont (because every soap needs a mother who secretly raises an heir in - gasp! - Europe, which also explains why he looked like a hairless Versace model)
10. Bobby?
