What small scene do you remember vividly from Dallas?

Such a great exchange. I may be mistaken, but it seems like it was the first time anybody ever got the best of Jeremy in a verbal exchange and made him show fear.
That’s because it was the first time anyone ever told him they’d kill him where he stands. I’m sure no one had ever said that to Jeremy. That line really shocked me the first time I heard it. Even Jeremy knew it was time to stand down after that.

Such a great moment. However much I love Jeremy, JR sure did get the better of him here.
I still have to love that steely look Jeremy always gives though.

"THIS is Ewing Oil".

Miss Ellie, JR and Jock are having breakfast discussing Miss Ellie meeting up with Matt Devlin.
JR can't see anything wrong with building to make progress.
Miss Ellie says, " For all you care JR , the whole of the state could be a concrete slab".
(words to that effect)
Jock gives an endearing, mouth full of food chuckle!

Jock trying to disguise the smell of his cigarette smoke when he thinks it's Miss Ellie entering the kitchen. He's safe, it's only JR!

Instead of Ewing Oil ceasing to exist at the hands of the Justice Department, maybe it would’ve been better to keep it alive for the next season and have Jeremy somehow be the one to obtain ownership of it from the government. Then Bobby and J.R. can go after Wendell and fight him over it the next year until they get it back for themselves.
