It's James Wilder. I remember him from Models Inc as well, but I remember him mostly from Melrose Place as Reed, Jo's violent boyfriend. Incidentally, I've always wondered why James Wilder was allowed to join Models Inc when he was already involved with Melrose Place since Jo who was good friends with Models Inc's Sarah.

Yes, there wasn’t even that much of a gap between his appearances on both shows. I’m presuming the producers liked him and decided to just add him to the cast of Models Inc. If I remember correctly, there wasn’t much crossover between the two shows anyway, beyond the first episodes.

Yes, that's her---Inga Swenson. She played the hilariously evil Ingrid Svenson on Soap, then played imposing Bavarian housekeeper Gretchen Kraus on Benson, with Benson never even commenting on the resemblance.
She just turned 90 years old!
