What I miss are the posts before Dallas was released on DVD and people posted their thoughts on the show based on their memories of watching it many years prior. Somehow it seemed to be much more passionate than when we had the DVDs to refer. I often used to like looking back at the older posts to see what people thought about the series back then.
I also agree with @Barbara Fan of the huge loss of the posts of tribute made when actors that played the key characters died; I particularly remember those relating to Howard Keel, Larry Hagman, Barbara Bel Geddes and of course, Jane Wyman on the Falcon Crest forum.
And finally, I miss being able to look back at the posts of forum members who are sadly no longer with us, both those that died and those that no longer post. For those of us that only knew them through their posts on these forums, it's now like they never existed which is a great shame.
