He was re-elected in 1994 with 71% of the vote, the largest margin in Massachusetts history. A Republican (at the time) in one of the most liberal states in the Union, if not the most liberal. So how bad of a governor could he have been? Weld for FBI Director!! lol

Here is the failing in your case..

I originally came here in 2005 as McGarrett..

I got banned ..

So duh, i couldnt come back under that handle..

I attempted to come back (not under any handles you mentioned) twice.. Those attempts failed quickly.. Possibly because i didnt really attempt to hide who i was..

I went away a couple of years and then asked the site administrator if I can come back..

After a few email exchanges I was granted permission to return..

I fail to see this stupid logic where i have conversations with myself..

TomParks started here in 2000.. I do not recall him ever posting on politics until this year (unless he changed his handle) because I never really noticed his existence anywhere else..(no disrespect, tom)

And I have posted almost exclusively in the politics forum.

So you are saying this has been a SIXTEEN year setup so one poster can have a conversation himself..??

Actually I was here in 1996 and Pamela can vouch for it. I had different names over the years as did most people. Back in the 90's we talked politics and stuff in the regular dallas board and damn we had some good rowdy discussions, but back then political correctness did not exist. McGarrett you should have been on there back in the day and then there was the #EO chatroom where I was a mod if you can believe it....great times those were.
