I miss....all the "What Ifs " we used to hypothesise over,for instance "How would you end season 11 on a better cliffhanger than Sue Ellen leaving?"

"How would you have ended TOS instead of Conundrum?"

"How would you have brought PD back as an example to the dream"
Etc....

Loved your ideas....

After the demise of TNT Dallas, I wasn't on the forum for a while and then saw that it was gone. I just found this one and got back on this past week. I haven't even had a chance to upload an avatar. I'm curious (although this may have been discussed before) but why did the old one go away?

Cynthia Cidre & Co., discovered the old Soap Chat and quickly became aware how good the writing was. She contacted TNT and requested some funds to have the old site "blown up" in the faint hope Soap Chat Posters would navigate their way back to her version of Dallas, instead her brilliantly written masterpiece gets canned and Soap Chat is re-born. That's karma for you.

P.S. Please don't take the above as gospel. :)

Facebook is killing the relationship people can have with one another. I hear the usual excuses, "It's a great tool to keep in contact with family and friends." Oddly I thought that's what email was for. Or, how about picking up a phone and chatting. Recently a mate of mine celebrated his 50th birthday. He didn't want any fuss since he is going through a divorce and the usual suspects - teenagers - think that the world including (Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram) evolves around them rather than showing some interest in their father. So I gathered up a few mates (just enough to fit in a 4WD) and turned up at his place. He had no choice, he was coming with us. Off we went for a long weekend - just the old boys.

Nothing beats sitting around a camp fire, enjoying a cold beer and having a good laugh. Facebook cannot offer this experience.
