As for Lucas, Margaret and Cally's son I don't believe they were mentioned at all. I would have preferred if TNT Dallas did revisit these characters solely because they had Ewing blood. If TNT Dallas required anything it was more Ewing's not less as there were complaints about the first season. Personally I think the character of Lucas could have been used to great effect as a wedge between John Ross, Bobby and Christopher.
relatedly, but only in a phonetic sense, I strongly feel Katzman, et. al., should have been shot out of a cannon the minute Japhet and Boaz Harper hit the screen.
I think it's criminal to "upgrade" someone else's art with AI. And who decides what should and shouldn't be upgraded?
