And this has been enforced in other districts..??

All this says is typical butthurt clinton supporters be it Texas or not..
I'm pretty certain electioneering is illegal in most districts. As well as voter fraud and voter intimidation.

Because we're talking in circles? How's that any different from any other conversation with you? :confuse:

Maybe I should go your route and create aliases to befriend me. Mindless ones who'd agree verbatim with every word I say.

Yeah try that.. At least you have yourself for a friend..And for you that is all you need .. Thankfully for you your hand works..

'The atmosphere at the FBI has been toxic ever since Jim announced last July that he wouldn't recommend an indictment against Hillary,' said the source, a close friend who has known Comey for nearly two decades, shares family outings with him, and accompanies him to Catholic mass every week.

'Some people, including department heads, stopped talking to Jim, and even ignored his greetings when they passed him in the hall,' said the source. 'They felt that he betrayed them and brought disgrace on the bureau by letting Hillary off with a slap on the wrist.'

According to the source, Comey fretted over the problem for months and discussed it at great length with his wife, Patrice.

He told his wife that he was depressed by the stack of resignation letters piling up on his desk from disaffected agents. The letters reminded him every day that morale in the FBI had hit rock bottom.

If this is true, and The Daily Mail has a lot of form for making stuff up to further it's right wing agenda, then it just shows that the FBI under former Republican Party member James Comey is not fit for purpose. If employees are resigning because they want the FBI to charge Hillary rather than accept the outcome of an FBI investigation then there is a suggestion of a pro-Trump or anti-Hillary bias within the organisation which is not healthy for justice in the USA.

The resignation is because they worked hard on the case.. Brought up damning evidence only to have Comey dismiss it.. They quit what they felt was a director crumbling under a high profile case when they presented clear evidence for indictment..

It wasnt agents with a partisan agenda out to get Hillary (as somebody who watched too many 80's soaps might think)
These were federal agents that worked hard on a case for justice.. And presented a great case only to be snubbed..

There are several emails with Hillary giving clear instructions on where Chris Stevens were AND THE SAFEHOUSE!! and that alone isnt enough to go with a case??

Clear evidence of criminal negligence..

He should gave never stopped the investigation just because of that..

Now you have the Weiner emails falling into his lap.. He really put the heat on himself.. I guess we have to give him credit for having the intestinal fortitude to probe again., especially after liberals have been throwing him a parade since July..

I think he is trying to right a wrong....she just cant be trusted as President. If she is elected scholars fear it could cause a constitutional crisis
Is he writing a wrong to his hard working investigators that worked diligently to present a case??

He apparently was pressured to surpress this until after election day..

The whole thing is absurd.. They had enough to charge her in July and let her walk..

I am not sure he is writing a wrong or some real damning evidence was presented.. The problem is he had damning evidence in the first place..

DONALD TRUMP'S COMPANIES DESTROYED EMAILS IN DEFIANCE OF COURT ORDERS
Donald Trump has a long, troubling history of destroying and hiding important documents in lawsuits, but he thinks Hillary Clinton’s the one who should be going to jail.
  • Over the course of decades, Donald Trump’s companies have systematically destroyed or hidden thousands of emails, digital records and paper documents demanded in official proceedings, often in defiance of court orders. These tactics—exposed by a Newsweek review of thousands of pages of court filings, judicial orders and affidavits from an array of court cases—have enraged judges, prosecutors, opposing lawyers and the many ordinary citizens entangled in litigation with Trump. In each instance, Trump and entities he controlled also erected numerous hurdles that made lawsuits drag on for years, forcing courtroom opponents to spend huge sums of money in legal fees as they struggled—sometimes in vain—to obtain records.
  • This behavior is of particular import given Trump’s frequent condemnations of Hillary Clinton, his Democratic opponent, for having deleted more than 30,000 emails from a server she used during her time as secretary of state. While Clinton and her lawyers have said all of those emails were personal, Trump has suggested repeatedly on the campaign trail that they were government documents Clinton was trying to hide and that destroying them constituted a crime. The allegation—which the FBI concluded was not supported by any evidence—is a crowd-pleaser at Trump rallies, often greeted by supporters chanting, “Lock her up!”
  • Trump's use of deception and untruthful affidavits, as well as the hiding or improper destruction of documents, dates back to at least 1973, when the Republican nominee, his father and their real estate company battled the federal government over civil charges that they refused to rent apartments to African-Americans. The Trump strategy was simple: deny, impede and delay, while destroying documents the court had ordered them to hand over.
