And they will.

What about the women who dislike Kamala's cackle -- are they lesbians haunted by their past sexual assessments from women??
Either that or they've been corrupted by the patriarchy. It's the only explanation they have.

Just like Hillary said white women were pressured by the men in their lives not to vote for her.

We're just supposed to believe women are manipulated into having ill feelings towards other women, which sounds rather infantilizing to me.

Democrat admits that Joe Biden was chosen by insiders to beat Bernie Sanders --- not Trump...

Democrat ADMITS Biden CHOSEN By Insiders To BEAT BERNIE, NOT TRUMP - YouTube
I was saying the same thing at the time. Here's what I wrote in the thread "CNN Calls it - Biden wins" on November 13, 2020:

"The moderates consolidated around Biden, and the media manufactured consent by smearing Sanders and proclaiming Biden was the most electable.

It took the efforts of Jim Clyburn and Barack Obama to make Biden the nominee, and they intervened because Sanders emerged as the initial front runner."

Bernie himself once said "The Democrats would rather lose to Trump than win with a progressive."

Not many people are talking about Andy Beshear, the Democratic Governor of the red state of Kentucky. He is low key but I think he would be an ideal person to consider-- I am angry that we the people have been duped by the Democratics (and I usually, not always vote Democratic), that Biden was mentally ok. well, it turns out he is not and he must go. He has no chance to win this election and I am tired of the Democratic leaders in the party who are too cowardly to come out publicly and say it. I feel strongly that Trump is a danger to democracy and if you don't believe read project 2025. It is a platform for authoritarian rule.

If Biden does drop out or is removed, the only practical choice to replace him at the top of the ticket is Harris. She is the only one who can legally "inherit" his campaign fund war chest.

Having said that, I think Beshear would be good as VP, but still would go with NC Governor Roy Cooper. Having him on the ticket may deliver NC's electoral votes to the Dems and they desperately need those votes.

I don't know much about Andy Beshear outside of the name. If he's an establishment type, I have no interest in him.

Harris is next in line, but a lot of people don't have much confidence in her ability to lead. Much of what she says doesn't make sense, despite having all of her cognitive ability.

As far as our democracy goes, what's left of it to threaten? Both parties serve the corporations and the military industrial complex. That's why our tax dollars are sent to places like Israel rather than invested at home. Sure, one can argue that things will get worse under Trump, but one still has to co-sign some abhorrent policies when voting Democrat. The Democratic Party takes voters for granted while thumbing their nose at the will of the people. After all, these frauds spent four years propping up a senile right winger. Reforming the Democratic Party remains virtually impossible. As long as that's the case, there will always be an opportunity for a demagogue like Trump to rise to power.

Some Bernie supporters suspected establishment Dems infiltrated his campaign. Bernie's press secretary, Symone Sanders-Townsend, left his campaign abruptly in June of 2016 to work for CNN. She went on to serve as an advisor to both Joe Biden and Kamala Harris. Sanders-Townsend currently works as a political strategist and MSNBC host.

Recently, she spoke against replacing Biden on the basis that doing so would be undemocratic. She said, "There was a primary process, and you can have qualms about how open you think that process was, but there was a primary process, and Democratic voters cast their ballots for Joe Biden and Kamala Harris."

Of course, she knew the primary process wasn't even remotely open. In May of 2023, she said "The reality is this; the sitting president of the United States of America is a Democrat. A Democrat that would like to run for re-election so much so that he has declared a re-election campaign. In that case, the Democratic National Committee will not facilitate a primary process. There will be no debate stage for Bobby Kennedy, Marianne Williamson, or anyone else to stand on. There will be no debating. The Democratic National Committee administers the debates, and they're not going to set up a primary process for debates for someone to challenge the head of the Democratic Party."

Once again, the Dems prove that all of their pearl-clutching about democracy is an act. Their meddling in the last two primaries is why the incumbent is a senile right winger.

Yeah, I saw that earlier -- essentially lying that we had a Democratic primary this year, when she did the circuit last year announcing that we wouldn't have one in 2024.

Why couldn't somebody know that?
Because you can't know what's in her mind.
So you agree with Behar's point?
No, I don't agree with Behar's point. I was referring to you own pseudo psychology.
I don't know, maybe because that's when it always comes out? It's not like she's laughing at jokes. When she laughs is what annoys me, as it shows how insincere she is.
Again, how could you know that?

Behar's assertion is pseudo psychology because she pulled it out of thin air. With Harris, one can observe that she laughs when she doesn't know what to say or is backpedaling.

Unless, of course, you think Harris being asked about selling out her principles and what to do with Ukraine refugees is peak comedy.

Again, how could you know that?
I've explained how I know that several times. Your MAGA-like support of Harris is why you refuse to believe it.

Stephen Colbert asked her why she agreed to be Biden's VP after being deeply critical of him. She laughs and says, "It was a debate!" Cleary, ambition trumps principles for her.

Harris has also laughed at questions about visiting the US/Mexico border and what to do with refugees from Ukraine. It reveals a pattern of vacuous insincerity.

Whether you believe Harris's laugh is genuine or not, to say making light of it is a "cheap shot" feels rather rich.

Trump has been made fun of for his orange hair and skin, his disheveled appearance, his bloated body, his oddly long ties, his tiny hands, etc.

A lot of the people defending Harris's laugh were perfectly fine with making fun of Sarah Palin's dimwittedness. Funny how they didn't make a diatribe about sexism out of that.

So you agree with Behar's point? That men dislike Kamala's cackle (there are plenty of women, too, who feel the same way) because it reminds them of when women laughed at them in bed?
What about the women who dislike Kamala's cackle -- are they lesbians haunted by their past sexual assessments from women??
I'm sure the ladies on The View think there's a special place in hell for this woman:

Meanwhile, while people are arguing about Kamala's cackle, Uncle Jo remains intransigent (sp)- as the presidential nominee- so he is taking the Democratic party to he--- while the Democratic leadership (so called) stands by and lets him do it!!! James Carville should be leading the party- he knows what needs to be done for the Dems to have a chance to win this election and it ain't with Biden- Sad to say the Democratic party is showing itself to be cowards- more worried they will offend Biden and flush their careers down the toilet if they come out and stand up against him and stand up FOR THE PEOPLE---

I agree with James Carville for calling out the woke elements of the Democratic Party, but he's still the embodiment of the establishment.

When Bernie Sanders sought the Democratic nomination, Carville said a campaign should be "about winning," not "advancing a left-wing agenda." Carville also disingenuously called Sanders a "communist." I find this mentality to be representative of the Democratic Party at large, and it feels completely self-serving. Why should the working-class care if Dems win when they only serve their wealthy donors? That's the only reason the elites rallied around Biden to begin with, but now he's too far in decline to benefit them.

Instead of running a decrepit war monger or a vacuous neoliberal, they should find someone who'll fight to end the wars while also fighting for the poor and working class.

But then, I guess that's just too novel of an idea.

But then, I guess that's just too novel of an idea.

Anybody with any integrity or genuine concern for the working class gets weeded out early in any political process. In order to become "successful," you have to sell out to so many people that any ethics you might have started out with fall away pretty quickly.

And if you whore yourself so well that you succeed in getting to a top spot, and then revert to your original concern for the downtrodden, the establishment turns on you. And out come the snipers.

It's happened over and over again in history, and it always will.

And since Trump's populism is largely phony, they're apparently getting nervous for little valid reason. (But that's another thread).

Unfortunately. It makes for some great hate viewing, though.

To quote comedian Tim Dillon, "There are many brilliant women out there. None of them are on The View."

A lot of people want what happened in Pennsylvania on Saturday to happen to THE VIEW. The perversely named Joy and Sunny (both Libras) are the worst, obviously. Anna is a future suicide victim. And Whoopi mentally checked out of THE VIEW years ago.

I'd hate for Sara (on the left) and Alyssa (on the right) to get caught in the line of fire, though.

But collateral damage, it's a thing.
