I cannot find any clips,
and un-blurring text options did not work either.
So just cropped it:

That hasn't worked either I'm afraid. The text is unreadable in close up. :(

Is the person who posted the original picture still on here? Actually, that may be something I can try to figure out myself. I'll do some searches. Thank you all for the help!!

It's that newspaper with the solution that I'm after
I pay a subscription to newspapers.com for family history research and while I see plenty of articles promoting the contest I've yet to discover an article publishing the final chapter. Was this definitely posted in December 1985? I'm happy to keep searching as I'm curious to know the outcome myself.

Ive got the cuttings somewhere - its useful to have those dates as it helps narrow it down to which envelope i stored them in eg July to dec 85

Will have a rake around but i did box a lot of stuff and stick up in the loft a few years ago to clear some space

hm, everything fits together perfectly… perhaps a bit *too* perfectly..

I’m still thinking that, unbeknownst to the newspaper editors and contest organizers, this may have been orchestrated by Ames and Garr, with the “blame the gays” touch being a specialty of Willie Joe, who was always fearful that the other Cartel members would question why he and Jeb spent so much time together, potentially honing in on the secret true nature of their special partnership

seen above: the surprisingly cunning Willie Joe cackles with glee after realizing no one in Dallas would ever suspect his involvement in Jock’s demise

TNT Dallas could've been fantastic if they had paired Christopher with Lucas "Luke" Wade, his alleged half-brother, only to find out later from Jenna that Ray is Lucas's biological dad because they started their affair much earlier than known (shades of Crest's Jacqueline Perrault and Richard's real mother). Lucas is Christopher's first cousin (?) instead and has at least the right to be called a Krebbs. They get married to make him officially a Krebbs-Ewing (thanks Jenna for nothing).

Of course their common enemy is the fascist like government in Texas - represented by Cliff Barnes as Gov. and John Ross' wife Rebecca in the energy bureau/ministry - that ruins the Ewing's attempts for green and climate friendly oil drilling. Conservative viewers would've loved it since brainwashed Cliff instilled their views while Rebecca is torn between loyalty to her father and the Ewings.

To attract younger viewers: shirtless scenes with Chris, Luke and John Ross at the pool while the one and only Southfork maid Teresa introduces her son Drew to the group - the viewers will find out that he met Luke years ago in an expensive boarding school in Switzerland, where Drew never mentioned his mother, and he appeared to be Mexican not Texan. But who paid for the elite school and a place beneath horny Luke Wade and little Kim Jong-un? Luke doesn't want to tell Christopher about his connection to Drew but he asks John Ross for help. Soon John Ross discovers that J.R. sponsored Drew. But why? And is Drew coming between Christopher and Luke?

Then Charlie Wade reappears and swears to destroy her half-brothers' happy lives, while trying to appeal to Christopher's bisexual urges. Christopher declines and will regret it... Did we hear again gunshots from an Ewing Oil office? Or is it just another dream? At his next appointment with Doctor Simon Ellby Jr our Lucas Wade-Krebbs-Ewing has a lot to confess... But what??
