It was pretty clear where they were heading with the season finale cliffhanger
I'll start with episode 7 tonight and I think the truth will come out, but since there are so many twists and turns I think

Somebody pushed him, but who? Is Bambi a crazy psychopath, maybe the affair never happened?

Yeah, it seems to be a little different, racial/political issues or something like that? I'm not sure how that works for a Slasher story. Maybe you should watch it first:D
Just finished Dead To Me, literally 2 minutes ago. It could be so funny in the most unexpected moments. I also liked how they wrote for the kids.

I just started Game of Thrones, so I'm going to be wrapped up in that for a bit. I'll do Slasher after that . . . unless you say it's horrible.

It could be so funny in the most unexpected moments.

And the lead actresses could be counted on to deliver those unexpectedly funny lines perfectly every time.

I also liked how they wrote for the kids.

I thought the supporting cast in general (the kids, the mother in law, the gay business partner, Ed Asner) were excellent and well used. The only part that really bugged me was how the neighbor conveniently had all that particular knowledge on that particular topic just in time for the finale.

I want to know more about Christina Applegate's husband--starting with what he looked like.

What a bummer, I wanted to watch Slasher with you. It looks like a horror Melrose Place, and there's a gay couple and also familiar faces from the previous seasons (*tempting, tempting*)
the mother in law
She's fabulous, I know the actress from Desperate Housewives and the spoof soap FRESNO.

You are a master of persuasion. :D I watched the first episode and it reminded me of how fun this show can be. I agree with the Melrose meets slasher flick vibe and I love the possibilities with that. I will now be bouncing between GOT, where people get their heads chopped off with axes while wearing period clothing; and Slasher, where people get their heads chopped off with axes while wearing modern day clothing. But will there be dragons?

Oooohhhh--THAT'S where I know her from--DH! I never bothered to look her up and I couldn't place her.

I just finished episode three of Slasher. This show is so crazy. I had to cover my eyes for part of one scene. Many scenes involve my mouth hanging open in shock and horror. :eck:

I have no idea who the slasher is going to turn out to be, but then with this show I never bother to try guessing.

There's one thing this show could do that would be a real shocking twist, and that would be letting Joanne Vannicola play a character that isn't an angry, crazy lesbian for one of the seasons.

I'm on episode five of Slasher: This is the longest day ever on this show! And this serial killer is the hardest working serial killer ever. He really keeps himself busy over the course of a day. And this line really tickled me for some reason:
"You stuck your dick in someone else. That isn't a f*cking oopsie."

Game of Thrones: Here's a message I just sent to Ome after finishing an episode: "What the hell just came out of that lady's vagina???"

So much classiness happening on my tv this weekend.

Also, I meant to say that I like the "social media is the devil" theme of this season of Slasher. I think it's woven into the story in a realistic way and doesn't come across as heavy handed.

This season is really brutal, eww!
So many deaths after 5 episodes, and I'm still none the wiser who's doing it. Maybe the connection isn't Kit Jennings?
He really keeps himself busy over the course of a day
Yeah, I feel I have to suspend disbelief every now and theno_O
I need to get some sleep, but...maybe one more episode?:D

Aha! It's all starting to (mostly) make sense! Starting the last episode now. Now I'm wondering if
there are three killers--Connor, the crazy guy who killed Kit and his girlfriend and someone else--maybe Connor's crazy step-mom. I just feel like some of the murders happened when Connor was with other people. For example, wasn't Connor on the way to the party when the social media lady and her cheating boyfriend were killed?

This was another excellent Slasher story, a bit more gruesome than the other stories but then again it's been a while ago since I've watched those.
Great drama and interesting characters, the final episode was also very suspenseful and I loved the ending.
And yes, you'll figure it out in episode 7. Almost;)

This was another excellent Slasher story

Stretching a slasher flick out over 8 hours so that there can be better character and story development than you typically get in a two hour movie is pretty clever. It was an excellent season and the solution to the mystery was right there in front of us almost the entire time. I love it when that's the case.

"I reposted it." What a brilliant final twist in the age of social media.

a bit more gruesome than the other stories but then again it's been a while ago since I've watched those.

I remember the winter one being pretty shockingly gruesome, but I think season three topped that one.

Slasher has had a winter themed season and a summer themed season and I think the first season was autumn (didn't it take place at Halloween), so will season 4 have a rainy spring theme? I guess we might know in about three years.
