While I agree with the ages for Blake and Krystle, Fallon should be in her early 20s, 24 at the oldest. This is the CW, after all, they're going to want young characters to attract younger audiences.
But you're suggesting Fallon be 30, and I was given the impression you'd still have her living with Blake then. Course you never said so, so I was assuming things. lol
But I don't find it so unrealistic. For one thing, Fallon is supposed to be Daddy's Little Princess, she'd want to stay with him for as long as he could. And what's more, its not like there wouldn't be enough room in a MANSION. Besides, lots of people in their 20s/30s these days are still living with their parents. What's more, at 24, she'd be at the age where she's done with college but also "taking time off."

Well, that was some years ago; plus, she was playing a teenaged girl rather than a woman. But all the same, I wouldn't cast her anyway. lol

But here's the age range for some of the characters I'd have:
Blake - mid 50s to early 60s
Krystle - mid 30s to early 40s
Fallon - early to mid 20s
Steven - early 20s

If Adam is 25, then Alexis would have to be 43 (at the very least).
However, I am personally not too keen about the kids being too young. I am seldom interested in teen storylines (they bore me!). I'd rather have Adam at 30 and Fallon at 27 and Steven at 25. I wouldn't go younger than that.
Some kids stay longer, but don't kids usually move out permanently when they either start or graduate collage (depending on if the parents live close)?
If your parents live in a huge mansion, I can see the kids staying a while longer, so they can save up money to buy their own place. But longer than to 30 seems somewhat weird.
I moved out at 25, which I thought was embarrassingly late. Then I moved back 2 years ago, cause I was a full-time student without an income. At 32, it feels very weird to be living with the parents. Hopefully I can move out early in 2017. lol

But... if Adam, Fallon and Steven were all 20 and over, then they wouldn't be teens, so therefore they wouldn't have teen storylines! ^^
Steven in the original show moved out, or at least in the pilot he was living in New York. Then he lived at the mansion again, and then moved out. He was always in and out of the house. Fallon stayed at home to be closer to her father, and that worked for the character. It kind've helps explain her jealousy towards Krystle.
I've never moved out. Partly because I could never save up enough for my own place (its always something that's keeping my finances down).

I looked up a list of Hispanic actresses, and so far here are all the ones that I think have the right 'look' for a Hispanic Krystle:
Roselyn Sanchez
Morena Baccarin
Leonor Varela (she was on the new DALLAS)
Daniella Alonso
Or reasonably so, anyway. I could be wrong, but these ladies might be a step in the right direction - again, just in the looks department. I have no idea what kind of actors they are.

...Huh. He actually does look like a Dex type... I'm not familiar with his acting, but lookswise, he's a possible candidate.

I shouldn't really call them teen stories, cause many TV series write those kinds of stories for characters aged 16-23 (-ish). Young adult stories. Those stories bore me for the most part. Possibly because the young actors are often inexperienced and lack real strenght & personality to really interest me?

Well, the actors who play the parts don't have to be the actual ages of the characters. For instance, Alexis Bledel is 35, and yet she has such a babyish face that she could pass for 24. And she's very experienced and charismatic.
So really, the characters can still be in their early 20s (Fallon-24, Steven-23) but played by actors who look young but are actually older and more experienced.

He's what Steven has being doing in New York. He's a fashion photographer. He has never met Yasmine Bleeth. Blake may or may not kill him by pushing him so his head hits off a fire fender.
He may be required to come back after he is dead for important flashback sequences where were see just how deeply rooted he and Steven's love was.

Actually I had already plans for Steven and Cecil (played by the OZ hunk) but maybe in the new version Steven will be the Colorado slut, not Fallon.
