Orrrr... what about him as Peter DeVilbis? Or better yet, have him be Count Pierre whats-his-name from the original season 3, only this time the character is utilized properly, with him having the role Peter DeVilbis did?
But somebody suggested that Wayne Northrop's own son, Hank Northrop, play Michael Cullhane, and I rather like that idea.

OH! OH! I thought of yet another candidate for Fallon: Jessica Brown Findlay from DOWNTON ABBEY!
If you think about it, the character of Sybil really was the Fallon of that show (I previously considered Mary to be Fallon, and still do, but in many cases Sybil was the "other side" of Fallon). She was the rebellious-yet-charismatic daughter of a very wealthy man, and yet had herself a scandalous romance with a chauffeur, was too smart and driven to be more than just a lady of leisure, and was one of the most, if not the most, popular characters on the show.
And what's more,
(SPOILER ALERT)
after her death (which, like Fallon's, happened roughly in the middle of the whole series), she was replaced by a beautiful blonde princess type. There are quite a few comparisons between Rose and Amanda (they both had marriages that occurred in season 5, and danced with a prince), only Rose got to have some finality to her story arc, not to mention proper development.
I've already stated that one of the choices I have for Amanda is Lily James, so if she did play the part, and if Findlay played Fallon...
...oh gosh, it would be my DOWNTON ABBEY dream come true seeing those two acting together. lol
Of course, for those you only familiar with Findlay in her role as the virtuous Sybil, believe me, she'd be able to play Fallon:

Lucy Hale is my dream Fallon. Based mostly on watching the first season of Pretty Little Liars years ago where she was like mini-PSM.
She's 27 now, so the same age as Pamela Sue when Dynasty began. And her show is just wrapping up, so the timing could work…

Aw, don't be sad, buddy. Actually, Sammy Jo has a chance to be 'multicultural': what if Daniel Reece, her secret father, were black or Asian or Indian or something along those lines? Imagine the exotic-looking actress they could cast (hence why I suggested Alice Greczyn up above, though now I'm leaning towards her playing Kirby now, another potentially 'multicultural' character).
Silly, in my comment I changed my mind and suggested he be a better utilized Count Pierre who's either in cahoots with PDV or has his role entirely. X) But do you think of the idea of Wayne Northrop's son playing Michael the chauffeur?

If Cristal is supposed to be Hispanic, they may want to cast a blond to play Alexis, just to continue the contrasting looks. I propose Anne Heche, one of my favorite actresses. She can play just about anything! She's in her mid-forties.

Hmm... she's pretty, no doubt, and there is a slight resemblance between her and Joan Collins, facially anyway... but I don't know, from all the other images I looked up of her, she seems a little too 'plain' for Alexis. Maybe I'm biased, but I'd much rather see an exotically-yet-carefully-artistically beautiful woman playing Alexis.
Of course, they could just do her up with a ton of make up, like how Joan was. lol

She played identical twins on Another World, one of which was plain and soft-spoken, whereas the other was fiery and impulsive, wearing lots of make-up and "statement" outfits. Her more scheming/troublemaking twin definitely got the better stories, but what would push it over the top for me is how she can play the bitch, but still convey the inner pain and motivations in her facial expressions and body language. I wasn't necessarily looking for someone who resembles Collins; I just wanted them to have an Alexis who can spit out insults and be outrageous, but still have the viewer see the hurt woman underneath.
