Dallas Fan Videos Top Ten Channel of Supersoaps

Voilà my latest video and the first new one for September. This time it's for the 10 (+1) rags-to-riches women in the Supersoaps, i.e., those (mostly) young ladies who, despite their humble (or just poor) origins, got to have millions in their banks. As usual, it's a countdown video starting with number 11, plus three more as "honorable mentions". Enjoy them and "like" if you like...

Here is this week´s video, devoted to the best dialogues from "Falcon Crest", the Lorimar show that followed "Dallas" on Friday nights for a long time. As you all know, it starred Jane Wyman and Lorenzo Lamas in a saga as entangled as the vines that made them millionaires.

Next December the series will celebrate its 38th anniversary, and we have to regret that TPTB have only released, so far, two of its nine seasons on DVD, plus Season 3 on demand and Season 4 available on iTunes.

Despite the low quality of some of these clips (you can use the CC subtitles to better understand the dialogues), I hope you enjoy this video and remember those good old times when every show had its own personality within the subgenre.

"Falcon Crest" was sharp, witty, black-humored, self-conscious and proud of itself. Long live to the show and its actors!!

Voilà my newest Top 10 video, this time for the best scenes without dialogues from "Knots Landing". And I don´t mean without "words" (there are a few words here and there, but no actual "dialogue", as well as some songs too, which of course include words in their lyrics). Enjoy the video in the 40th anniversary of the cul-de-sac saga!!

Here is this week´s first video, celebrating the Top 10 jinxed weddings in the Supersoaps. I hope you like it (if it "disappears", I´ll upload it somewhere else...). I tried to make my own "restoration" to some of the clips though I´m afraid it´s not too sophisticated...

Here is the second video of this week. Now it´s time to remember which "Dallas" episodes were ranked the lowest at the time. No, it won´t be strictly as it sounds, otherwise, there would only be entries from the last two seasons. In the early days, they were still struggling for the audience and some episodes really got low numbers. Then, after the golden days, a wet Bobby came back from the dead, and it seemed as if all would be a bed of roses again, but obviously, it wasn´t!

I did a bit of research on the episodes that were placed worst in those last 5 years based on the Nielsen rankings and ratings, and this is the (hopefully) representative result. Remember that neither ratings nor my videos are exact sciences! Anyway, you know what is to be expected here: maybe the Stevens sisters here, James Beaumont there, Pam disco dancing over there, and also Miss Ellie Fletcher and Fake Pam too! I hope you enjoy it!

Hello everybody. Voilà my latest video, this time not strictly soap-related but I wanted to share it with you anyway. I didn´t want to start a new thread for this. It´s an homage to 50 TV shows (mostly American but also some English or Japanese) that have entertained me and nurtured me the most in my lifetime, not meaning they all are top quality. Not a Top 50, just a quick montage with clips from the respective Pilots. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did making it. For many reasons (such as avoiding to have another video deleted again!) it´s been a bit of a challenge. If you think that you can say what kind of person someone is by knowing what shows they saw on TV, then maybe I´m baring it all for you now...Minor spoilers for the Pilots but all shows are min. 3 years old so...No miniseries allowed at least for this one!
